Work closely with Pricing and Product Category Heads in balancing customer-centricity and profitability of new product strategies. Lead and oversee junior product development managers and officers. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields. At least 7 years’ experience in life insurance product development, pricing, or actuarial functions, with a proven track record of leading strategic projects. Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent project management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities. Deep understanding of insurance regulatory environments and product compliance.
