In close collaboration with Group Security, CTO and One Network Program, the Network Product Engineer will propose solutions at the right cost and bring business value to support the corporate business and lines of business strategies. The main activities include the following for his/her own area of responsibility: Contribute and support a medium to long term product evolution and continuous product improvement. Manage the advisory, selection, design, secure build & integration for the products in scope. Facilitate communications and interactions between functional groups, AXA IT Services, strategic partners, and vendors. Ensure QOS delivery and support of solutions. Provide high expertise support on products and services. Expected skills & experience We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills: Experience Communication skills – Exhibits strong skills in listening, spoken and written communication, collaboration, and the ability to work in a global team. Network Products Engineer are expected to have the ability to understand and discuss with both senior managers and IT, and explain in clear language complicated architectural concepts and strategies Openness and reaching out – Strong human relationship skills, exhibit curiosity and can see opportunities in situations, not just problems International profile – A proven ability to work effectively in an international environment. In addition, exhibits a strong proficiency in English Technical skills Experience in contributing to large architecture, standardization & transformation initiatives. Core activity: The candidate will help for the rollout to production of the new cloud infrastructure including connectivity to our main providers (AWS, Azure Google) Deliver L3 support for production Experience in managing CLOUD Network technologies, AWS, AZURE, GOOGLE, INTERCLOUD, Transit Gateway Must have Network Automation skills (Terraform, ansible, Python) Soft skills / transversal skills University degree (engineer profile) with +2 years’ experience in Network Domain in an international and Matrix organization, Must exhibit an understanding of today’s Network and infrastructure challenges and trends, mostly at Infrastructure and technical levels. Capacity to produce technical documentations and work instructions, including high level documents with synthetic view.
