As a #Cabin #Crew member at Air Arabia’s #Sharjah Hub, you will act as the airline’s ambassador, ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout the flight cycle. The role involves safety demonstrations, first aid, customer service, #sales promotion, and operational duties, while maintaining compliance with aviation standards and company policies. __ Ensure timely attendance, proper grooming, and readiness for assigned flights, attending pre-flight briefings to acknowledge flight details and responsibilities. __ Instruct passengers on #safety procedures, identify safety and security risks, administer first aid when necessary, and promptly report irregularities to supervisors and #flight crew. __ Welcome passengers, assist with boarding formalities, provide excellent #customer service, and attend to individual requests and needs. __ Promote on-board meals, products, and charity services to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets, ensuring secure handling of #payments. __ Conduct pre-flight checks of supplies and equipment, report deficiencies, and ensure cabin cleanliness and re-catering at transit stations. __ Complete post-flight briefings and reports, evaluate supervisors, and ensure proper handover of #cabin responsibilities. __ Maintain #professional and safety knowledge through recurrent training, emergency procedures, and workshops. __ Contribute to team efforts by achieving allocated #sales targets and supporting overall operational excellence.
