You focus on growth – of processes, customer satisfaction, and our people. Ensure processes run smoothly and safely Coach your team and conduct development conversations Maintain sharp customer contact and adjust where necessary Optimize current processes and write work procedures to ensure good structure Who you are You are an energetic leader with an eye for people, performance, and continuous improvement.
