Responsibilities • The primary purpose of the QHSSE role is to ensure the health, safety, & environmental compliance of the organization while maintaining high standards of quality assurance and security. • Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring QHSSE policies and procedures to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across all operations • The incumbent will work closely with various stakeholders included customer to minimize risks, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Support QHSSE Country Lead, QHSE Sector Lead and Operations in terms of Safety in terms of Minimum Safety Standard (MSS & MSTD) to achieve Zero accident • Integrates QHSSE assurance in the projects., Bridging and alignment HSE DSC standard with HSE Customer standard & implementation at workplaces • Communicate, maintain, and monitor quality performance at the assigned project site, according to the specific sector or business requirements • To ensure & support operations obeying in terms of QHSSE requirements & regulation in all his coverage area • Responsibility & accountability to ensure & support operations to achieve QHSSE Country KPI • Ensure effective establishment, implementation, application and continuous improvement of QA initiatives, agenda, principles and requirements in alignment and compliance with country QA. • Support Quality Assurance certifications and accreditations such as ISO 9001, GMP, and others, including communicating and executing the required compliance activities. • Support Operations in implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and meeting Quality and Trade Compliance requirements. • Conduct regular assessments of Operations to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities. • Implementation Quality management system (QMS) and Support OMS Program- based on Project assigned · Coordinate with Security Region Manager to implement the 6 steps standard. Requirements • Having experience 2-3 years in related field • Familiar with ALARP methodology, Incident Investigation, Risk Assessment • Experience and working knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and methodology • 2 - 3 years as organize QHSSE organization in a Logistics Supply Chain company & Safety Transport • Fair understanding in analyst QHSSE data, QHSSE communication skill, knowledge local/ international regulation Local culture • Certified AK3 Umum or equivalent. • Certified Basic First Aid & Basic Fire Fighter
