Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver comprehensive MHE training programs, ensuring participants understand MHE operation, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures. Monitor trainee performance, maintain records, and continuously improve training methods to foster a strong safety culture and enhance the proficiency of MHE operators. Possess any competency in Safety (OSH C, SHO) in is an advantage Posses good understand and knowledge on HSE regulatory/ legal compliance in Malaysia. Knowledge in ISO 45001 Management System. Good understanding with the MHEs operation in technical knowledge Conducting Training skills (facilitation, coaching, and auditing skills) Supervisory skills to manage the deployment of all the programs related to the MHE training, including coordination with sites Sound knowledge of Microsoft Offices to analyze data.
