To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in 3PL transport operations, with strong knowledge of fleet and driver management Previous exposure to customer-site operations and direct driver supervision (desirable) Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage drivers Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills Competence with transport management systems (TMS) and related compliance processes Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills Confidence to lead from the front in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment If you are driven by challenges, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes, we invite you to apply now.
