Leading a group of prisoners in a warehouse environment, whilst also being hands on with picking and packing Reconcile stock levels within the warehouse operation (based onsite at the prison) Managing the delivery of accurate and timely dispatch of orders to the in-mates Ensuring operational targets are met and exceeded WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
