As a DevOps Engineer, you will take on a vital role providing Level 2 support (AMS Support role for the SAP Support project). We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO/FSCM Consultant , particularly in the areas of FI-AR/AP, EBP, Asset Management, and FSCM—specifically Dispute, Collection, and Credit Management. You should have a strong background in both implementation and support projects , with the ability to conduct thorough analyses of complex business process requirements and deliver suitable system solutions. Experience with interfaces is also necessary. Your responsibilities will include resolving intricate SAP FI and interface issues to minimize disruptions to financial processes. You will collaborate with both upstream and downstream teams to analyze and address integration challenges, ensuring the integrity of financial data. Effective communication with stakeholders is essential, providing timely updates on issue resolutions and proactively managing concerns. Additionally, you will develop and maintain detailed documentation and knowledge resources to empower the support team and enhance understanding of the system.
