This role reports to the Gas and Power #Settlements #Coordinator, within the Americas Trading & Supply organization. __ As a Settlements #Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and efficiency of gas and power contract settlement processes, acting as a key link between commercial, operational, and regulatory teams. This role requires a strong focus on process automation, data analysis, and the ability to lead effective continuous improvement initiatives. __ Ensure all closed gas and power deals are registered in settlement tools and processed for billing/payment. __ Oversee billing and payments, ensuring timeliness and accuracy (including third-party activities). __ Serve as primary contact for counterparties on contracts and settlements; manage claims and disputes. __ Maintain and update settlement systems/tools; assist with upgrades and enhancements. __ Prepare and distribute reports on settlement activities, KPIs, root cause analysis, and improvements. __ Deliver accurate and timely regulatory reports. __ Support #Commercial team in contracts, deals, and #projects. __ Collaborate cross-functionally with Tax, Legal, Finance, Treasury, Scheduling, and Commercial teams. __ Identify automation opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives. __ Maintain SOPs, effective controls, and high standards in data quality, privacy, and security. __ Comply with Shell policies, rules, and mandatory training.
