What you will do: Design, develop, and implement front-end and back-end components of the conversational platform using React.js and Node.js Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, Architects and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the platform. Investigate potential critical issues and determine appropriate actions Analyze end-to-end performance where needed Work with an enthusiastic DevOps team in an Agile environment and share knowledge What you will need: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience 2-4 years as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on React.js and Node.js Understanding of agile development methodologies Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Nice to have: Familiarity with chatbots, voicebots and messaging platforms Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries Experience with RAG methodologies and Python programming MongoDB knowledge or other NoSQL database skills Experience with public cloud such as Azure, GCP An array of benefits for you: Hybrid work arrangements to balance in-office collaboration and home flexibility.
