职位宗旨 为分区作业经理和部门其他相关人员、各服务中心作业部提供专业有效的作业支持和行政支持，有效监控项目管理工作，确保每天的作业工作系统有序。 关键职责 为作业管理层提供支持性数据分析，及时发现各种作业问题，发现改善机会，并为服务中心提供建设性意见，有效协助一线作业提升KPI绩效表现 积极、认真地配合部门经理、主管顺利地开展各类业务操作 组织并维护最新的文件归档系统，为分区作业经理提供快速及有效的参考资料 定期组织作业经理会议、作业年度管理团队会议等，并做好会议纪录和跟进事项 与其他部门的协调员进行协调，确保办公室信息和程序得到更新，并得到有效执行 任职资格 统招本科及以上学历，英语4级及以上； 2年及以上工作经验，数据分析或相关类似经验优先； 精通办公软件PPT、Excel，如会使用PowerBI等分析软件优先； 良好的沟通能力及组织协调能力。
