Job Description Job Title: Sr. Executive – HR & IR Reporting To: Regional HR Manager Job Scope: Supporting the Regional HR for all human resource activities in the region, specifically focusing on Industrial Relations, recruitment, employee engagement activities, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and implementation of Performance Management Processes in line with policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: · Provide IR support to the Regional HR and coordinate for all IR issues in line with DPDHL policies. · Provide recruitment support, ensuring quality and timeliness, and arrange joining formalities. · Support employee engagement activities, including open houses and reward & recognition programs. · Handle employee grievances and coordinate with Raksha for medi-claim of employees. · Support performance management processes, including motiv8 facilitation. · Prepare and provide monthly MIS on various HR metrics (OT, FTE, Exit, Medi-claim, etc.). · Monitor leave planning, attendance, and joining & exit formalities. · Provide monthly salary inputs to corporate payroll. · Maintain employee personnel files and ensure statutory compliance. · Coordinate and follow-up on employee transfers and exit formalities. Experience: 3+ years of experience in Human Resources. Qualification: Graduate Degree from a reputed University/Institute.
