Overall Role Purpose Responsible for all aspects of stations operations including, but not limited to freight forwarding operations, customer service, customs clearance, and billings. Position is held accountable for the profitability of the logistics operations. Excellent CargoWise One application functionality knowledge Demonstrated leadership ability to include driving KPIs, employee engagement / team building. Strong Organizational skills – Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize, and execute on assigned deliverables Knows how to achieve commercial drive in the work place and has a strong sense of business acumen. Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentations) Proficient computer skills: Microsoft (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
