Key Responsibilities: Lead the inventory and change management in the in-plant operations. Key contact for the customer for inventory-related issues and for new parts introduction. Ensure 100+% stock accuracy and cycle count as per plan. Drive continuous improvements including space and manpower optimization. Experience: Minimum 5 years of operational experience in managing in-plant operations for automotive/manufacturing OEM, especially in inventory management. Skills and Competencies: Proven team management skills. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Communication, team management, and perseverance skills.
