We're now looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who will play an integral role in the prisoners' lives, working with a diverse team to support their rehabilitation. ✅ A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE Assisting the Warehouse Manager with the day-to-day running of the warehouse operation (based on-site at the prison) Line management of the Warehouse Team Leaders and overall supervision of the prisoners whilst they are at work Ensuring compliance to Health & Safety as well as prison rules and regulations Staff training and inductions Meeting and exceeding operational targets ✅ THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO Previous warehouse experience Can provide three years of UK address history (mandatory for enhanced security clearance) Are comfortable working in a prison environment, alongside inmates Have previous experience leading, managing or supervising a team Are IT literate to enable accurate and timely reporting Have a can-do attitude, right first time and passionate approach ✅ WHY JOIN US?
