In this role, you will take ownership of complex payroll processes, ensure compliance with Czech regulations, and act as a trusted advisor for colleagues in the team. Your responsibilities: End-to-end payroll processing for Czech entities. Ensure compliance with Czech labor law, taxation, and social security requirements. Manage topics such as bonuses, paid vacation, and other complex payroll elements. Maintain and update employee data in IT systems (OK Base). Provide guidance and share expertise with junior colleagues. Act as a key contact for employees and stakeholders regarding Czech payroll. Your profile: 5+ years of proven experience in Czech payroll. Excellent knowledge of Czech payroll standards, taxation, and social security regulations. Fluent in Czech and communicative level of English (both written and spoken). Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly. Proficiency in MS Office 365; knowledge of OK Base is an advantage. Reliable, detail-oriented, and confident working independently. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to mentor others.
