As a #Senior #Manager, you are responsible for creating an environment for positive customer interactions and effectively driving performance goals and business priorities. You help drive the store's vision and goals, develop other managers, and support the Store Leader with business strategies and important decisions. While responsible for specific aspects of the #retail store experience, Senior Managers also work with Store Leaders to help identify, analyze, and solve complex problems. __ Lead the team (including managers) to help each team member continuously learn, grow, and achieve performance and development goals. __ Assist in recruiting, #training, developing, and retaining a strong, diverse team.
