Education and Experience Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is highly desirable. A minimum of 3 years of experience in RTR or a related finance role, including 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
