Job Description: 1. 遵循标准程序和指南，协调执行海运出口操作过程。 2. 根据客户要求和可用的航运选择，管理货物与船公司之间的预订。 3. 在指定的截单时间内准备和提交所有必要的航运文件，确保准确性和合规性。 4. 提供草单和客户进行确认，审查船公司草单，核实细节。 5. 发送预报给目的地、客户和其他相关方，提供相关文件和信息，以便进行海关清关和交付。 6. 线上查询跟踪预定航线和货物进程。 7. 与客户、出口所在地站点、项目管理团队、船公司、车队和其他相关物流公司保持定期和有效的沟通。 8. 遵守关键绩效指标(KPI)，以确保流程顺畅、绩效达标。 9. 跟进货运过程中可能出现的任何问题，提供有效解决方案或及时上报。 Requirements: 1. 英文具备听说基本能力，读写熟练。 2. 有海运出口操作经验，亚太区多国优先， 工作年限3年及以上。 3. 对国际海运法规、流程和文件有一定了解。 4. 出色的沟通和协调能力，能够有效地与各方利益相关者合作。 5. 熟练使用船公司或港口网站、系统和其他相关工具。 6. 有能力判断优先级，压力下能确保关键任务及时处理。 7. 处理海运文件和数据时确保细节和准确性 8. 有解决问题和决策能力。
