Monitor business needs and secure architectural directives and decisions. __ Ensure alignment between business objectives and #technical solutions. __ Maintain the quality of the enterprise architecture repository (e.g., HOPEX) and document the application landscape and its interdependencies. __ Conduct impact analyses, pre-studies, and provide architectural recommendations. __ Define and formalize target architectures, roadmaps, and capability/domain/system maps. __ Lead and structure architecture governance (ARB) with #IT and Business stakeholders. __ Share a clear and concise vision of architectural activities, progress, and domain maturity. __ Challenge and enhance existing processes, recommend methodological improvements, and promote best practices. __ Facilitate cross-team coordination and contribute to the overall optimization of the #Architecture function.
