To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience working in a 3PL transport with sound transport principles Previous experience working across automated warehouses (desirable) Proven performance management and adaptable leadership experience Highly experienced in building and maintaining customer relationships Demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS System Confident and able to engage, motivate and lead people to achieve individual and team goals High level planning and organisational skills to ensure operational excellence If you are driven by challenges, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes, we invite you to apply now.
