What will we do together? Lead the operational team, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs and high service quality, Manage daily transport planning and execution processes in alignment with SLAs, SOPs, and ISO requirements, Identify and implement operational and network improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs, Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and carriers, serving as the primary operational point of contact, Oversee contract performance and profitability, effectively managing risks, issues, and escalations, Ensure balanced workload distribution, team development, and regular performance management activities, Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement operational changes, improvement projects, and digital solutions, Monitor audits, compliance performance, and non-conformities, ensuring timely and effective corrective actions. Who are we looking for? Minimum of 5 years of experience in a role related to transportation, supply chain, or transport operations execution, Strong knowledge of air and ocean transport – must have , Team management experience, Understanding of market trends and customer needs in the logistics and transport sector, Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and internal steakholders, Very good command of English (written and spoken), Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions under pressure, Strong communication and leadership skills, Please notice, that despite the fact that we review all submitted application, due to the large number of CVs we receive, we can only respond to the selected candidates.
