About us Operations Supervisor is in-charge in Warehousing and Transportation Operations of Life Science and Healthcare account. Responsibilities Supervise the warehousing and transportation operations of service logistics accounts. Performs system and inventory transactions. Prepares any reports required by the Customer, Regional team and Operations Manager. Prepares and attends to customer and external audits Monitor and track the KPIs. Provides analysis for any KPI failure. Attend meetings and do the reporting of results to Operations Manager, Regional team and Customer. Response to customer inquiries thru emails and calls. Creates Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions Conduct coaching, mentoring, training to his/her immediate team members. Participates / leads projects for any business related scope. Ensures all transactions in Inbound, Outbound, Reverse, Inventory Management and delivery are being completed accurately on time. Requirements College Graduate 2.  Have a good background in warehousing and transportation operations. 3.  Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook). 4.  Dynamic and with strong leadership skill 5.   Knowledge / background in Warehouse and Transport Management System 6.  Good communication skills both written and oral
