Align technology vision with business strategy by integrating company processes with the appropriate technologies. Develop strategic roadmaps for Data Centers, Applications, Servers, Storage and monitoring tools aligning with IT roadmap Responsible for keeping all the IT equipment and services running meeting the agreed Service Level Agreement Manages and maintains the operational integrity of the technologies and services provided. A graduate degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience with minimum of >6 years hands-on technical knowledge and managerial experience Knowledgeable and experienced (Certification is a plus) in the following areas: COBIT, ITIL, Data Center Standards, Information Systems Security, Project __ Management, Network and Infrastructure Experience with audit processes Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with different departments level across the organization Excellent team #player, #analytical, #strategic thinking and modelling skills. Solid leadership, teamwork building and team spirit focused including flexibility are highly important Fluent in both oral and written English Knowledgeable on IT governance and IT standard practices
