As B2B Activation #Manager your role is to develop L’Oréal Professional activation strategy for B2B channels (direct salons & indirect wholesale partners), with a customer & consumer centric approach ensuring perfect #brand execution and seamless collaboration with sales teams. You lead the B2B activation strategy, manage B2B marketing #budgets & track performance. You create impactful salon experiences through omnichannel #consumer journey development. You develop and lead the team of Country Activation Managers and drive stylist engagement through education and advocacy programs effectively. You connect marketing and #commercial strategies to support field teams. The role reports to the Brand Business Leader. __ Develop and implement the B2B brand activation strategy & calendar for must-wins and conquest, maximizing ROI __ Develop and implement impactful salon consumer experiences leveraging insights to define engaging #campaigns and seamless O+O (online + offline) journeys in salons __ Oversee online brand execution within the B2B ecosystem, optimizing user journey and conversion __ Orchestrate planning of digital activities, ensuring end-to-end execution from O+O visibility & design to promo planning __ Collaborate with the Brand Education Manager to align brand #activations with education plans and events __ Work with the Pro Advocacy Manager to develop cutting-edge B2B and B2B2C advocacy campaigns __ Lead implementation with stakeholders: B2B E-COM for LPS, DDX for CRM, Country Activation Managers, B2B Sales, etc. __ Define and implement recruitment and loyalty strategies, providing insights on sampling & format strategy __ Manage the B2B marketing budget, ensuring impactful and profitable sell-in & sell-out activations __ Secure a clear view on performance drivers in the Nordics (distribution, top clients, products, services) __ Support local B2B teams with marketing plans for key clients, chains, and indirect players __ Define the brand value proposition within the PPD #commercial frame, ensuring differentiation in the market __ Deliver impactful presentations internally & externally __ Collaborate with LPS and B2B Commercial #Director to define the brand’s role in multi-brand activations and industry events __ Lead, manage, and mentor Country Activation Managers, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices
