We provide businesses with the tools to prove recovery readiness, streamline precise data restoration, and leverage tools that protect the integrity and availability of critical data.It's a great time to join us!When you join Odaseva, you’ll work alongside some of the most accomplished people in the Salesforce ecosystem.Your Role:At Odaseva, being a Business Development Representative is a key role and a strategic positionYour main mission is to be the first line of offense by scheduling and securing meetings with Odaseva’s top prospects and work in partnership with the enterprise sales team in Paris. \nYour responsibilities will include:Drive consistent outbound activities including cold calling, emailing, Linkedin, and in-person events to help your enterprise sales team get meetings scheduled on the calendar with the top companies in France.Research and identify new companies and individuals to target based on current market conditions and events.Maintaining a high volume of activity including outbound cold calls, emails and social sellingConsistently exceeding monthly and quarterly targets which includes meetings booked, opportunities created, and total pipeline contribution.Tracking customer interactions and information accurately in Salesforce and other internal toolsThriving on change while remaining highly organized, energetic, and coachableThe ability to work independently and remotely while contributing to our sales efforts locally and globally.You will bring:A Bachelor DegreeA nice to have: previous work experience working in a technology or similar company in the field of sales, or at the very least a passion to get into the world of sales. The ability to craft compelling emails and presentation materials that can entice prospects online to take a meeting with youThe skill of being able to speak well, whether it’s over the phone or in-personStrong problem-solving skillsA strong level of charisma and charmCuriosity and a desire to learn from those around you.We're looking for someone who:0-2 years of experienceHas an amazing personality where people just naturally gravitate towards your charm and attitude. We need people who can be dangerous on the phone!Must be based in the Paris, France area and be able to commute into our office at least 3 days a week.Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in French and English. You will be reaching out to prospects in France.Has a strong passion to learn and develop their skillset from our subject matter experts across the world.Is able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the key leadership in our French and international markets.Can persevere in the face of rejection.
