Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.Job Code: NB-2025STRA-178\nJob ResponsibilitiesLead strategic projects aimed at improving scalability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.Analyze large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.Develop business cases and recommendations for senior leadership, backed by strong data insights.Drive cross-functional collaboration between Strategy, Operations, Product, and Commercial teams.Own and refine KPI tracking to measure performance and support decision-making.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform Bosta’s growth strategy.Mentor and guide junior team members in analytical problem-solving and strategic thinkingJob Qualifications5-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or a similar role within logistics, e-commerce, or tech. (Years of experience flexible based on experience level)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and derive insights.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL (preferred), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in preparing reports for senior leadership.Ability to lead projects, work cross-functionally, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.Passion for logistics, technology, and scaling businesses.\n
