Visit our careers website: https://www.juliusbaer.com/en/careers/graduates/ YOUR CHALLENGE During the programme, you will: Be an active member of a front team, respond to client queries, manage the service for existing clients and build relationships with clients, prospects and internal stakeholders Assist Relationship Managers (RM) and Relationship Manager Assistants (RMA) in their day-to-day work servicing clients: ensuring proactive and high-quality service and timely responsiveness to clients and prospects in all related tasks, participation in client meetings, involvement in prospecting activities (event participation, contact management etc.) Deepen your knowledge about financial markets and economic data with a view to understanding how this may influence portfolios and products. Learning of the Julius Baer offering and usage of the main Julius Baer research publications Gain understanding of the various jobs of the Bank, Front Office, Central File, Compliance, Credit, Advisory and Discretionary Portfolio Mandates YOUR PROFILE Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Finance and Markets (graduation max. 12 months ago) Initial practical experience Bank or Finance and with technical and analytical skills Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning Fluency in English and French, with additional languages being a plus (German) Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position We review applications on a rolling basis.
