Visit our careers website: https://www.juliusbaer.com/en/careers/graduates/ IHRE AUFGABEN Provide support to the Real Estate brokerage team in acquisition and execution of real estate transactions across different asset classes, including: Preparation of sales documentation, pitches, and contractual materials Assistance in the development of valuation reports analyses using different valuations methodologies Market and location analysis for individual properties and property portfolios IHR PROFIL You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the fields of real estate, economics, finance, architecture, engineering, hospitality or similar (graduation max. 12 months ago) You have an independent and structured way of working You are an excellent team player, a person of integrity, highly committed with exceptional quality standards and a strong appetite for learning Passion for Real Estate and a desire to create value beyond wealth Fluency in German and advanced command of English, French is an advantage Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position We review applications on a rolling basis.
