Visit our careers website: https://www.juliusbaer.com/en/careers/graduates/ YOUR CHALLENGE During the programme, you will: Have a 1-on-1 course on Private Banking business and the platforms and processes involved in running the business Have hands-on exposure to the end-to-end product/project development lifecycle while working closely with experienced Product Owners, stakeholders, and agile delivery teams. Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) Support the Product Owner on key initiatives, managing communication and reporting Responsible for translating business need into clear user stories, defining acceptance criteria and driving timely delivery of the changes. Help track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when needed Coordination of key initiatives within Platforms & Projects area and providing oversight to senior management Learn to be conversant on tools like Confluence, JIRA, Tableau etc. YOUR PROFILE Bachelor's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Banking, Information Systems, finance, business administration (graduation max. 12 months ago) Initial practical experience in financial industry and expertise in banking products and financial markets, internship or first practical experience in Wealth Management/Private Banking is a plus Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning Strong analytical, conceptual skills and fast thinker Very good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Independent, resilient and team-oriented personality Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the willingness to take responsibility Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification (a plus, not required) We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
