We are looking for a Kubernetes Platform Engineer to support our Cloud Platform team in delivering and evolving our Kubernetes platform across cloud and on premise environments. YOUR CHALLENGE Design, implement, and maintain production-grade Kubernetes platforms across hybrid environments (on-prem and public cloud) Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security of Kubernetes clusters and associated services Collaborate closely with development teams to guide and support their adoption of cloud-native technologies and CI/CD integration Drive automation of operational workflows including provisioning, patching, monitoring, logging, and incident response Act as Scrum Master for the team and partner closely with the Product Owner to manage and refine the backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical dependencies YOUR PROFILE Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Proven hands-on experience as a Kubernetes engineer or platform operator in enterprise-scale environments Good understanding of agile development practices and Scrum/SAFe frameworks , prior experience as a Scrum Master is beneficial Strong technical proficiency with Kubernetes, including deep understanding of control plane components, networking (CNI), storage (CSI), service mesh concepts, and operators Demonstrable experience administering Kubernetes using either open-source distributions or managed offerings such as AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) or VMware Tanzu – experience with either is a strong plus Solid scripting and automation skills using languages such as Bash, Python, and Go, along with proficiency in configuration formats like YAML/JSON ; familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Ansible, Helm, Crossplane) Experience with Kubernetes Operators / Crossplane Providers development in Golang is an advantage Holders of Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification are strongly preferred; Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS) is considered a significant advantage Highly self-motivated and proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership, a hands-on mentality, and the ability to drive and manage change independently Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to transfer knowledge effectively and support team success in dynamic environments We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
