Als Teamassistenz (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie unsere Beraterinnen und Berater bei der ganzheitlichen Betreuung unserer vermögenden Kunden und tragen mit Ihrer strukturierten und serviceorientierten Arbeitsweise wesentlich zum Erfolg unseres Standorts bei. YOUR CHALLENGE Organisatorische und administrative Unterstützung des Private-Banking-Teams Koordination und Vorbereitung von Kundenterminen sowie Unterstützung bei der Nachbereitung Erstellung von Präsentationen, Verträgen und Reportings Bearbeitung von Konto- und Depotunterlagen sowie Unterstützung bei Kontoeröffnungen und Legitimationsprozessen Pflege von Kundendaten in unseren Systemen und zuverlässige Dokumentenverwaltung Koordination mit internen Fachbereichen (z.   B. Back Office, Compliance, Produktmanagement) Organisation von Reisen, Terminen und Veranstaltungen Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Büroablauf im Tagesgeschäft Empfang und Bewirtung von Kunden- und Geschäftspartnern Reisekosten- und Spesenabrechnungen YOUR PROFILE Abgeschlossene Bankausbildung Erste Berufserfahrung in einer Assistenzfunktion, vorzugsweise im Finanzumfeld oder Private Banking Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Hohe Serviceorientierung, Diskretion und Professionalität im Kundenkontakt Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und ein souveränes Auftreten Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
