Η εταιρεία Mellon Technologies επιθυμεί να προσλάβει για λογαριασμό μεγάλου Χρηματοπιστωτικού Οργανισμού υπάλληλο γραμματειακής υποστήριξης. Οι αρμοδιότητες της θέσης περιλαμβάνουν: Διαχείριση τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων/ μηνυμάτων/ e-mails εντός και εκτός Τράπεζας του Επικεφαλής της μονάδας. Προετοιμασία, συντονισμό, παρακολούθηση και υλοποίηση του προγράμματος, των τηλεφωνικών συνδιαλέξεων και των συναντήσεων του Επικεφαλής της Μονάδας. Επικοινωνία, εξυπηρέτηση και στήριξη της Μονάδας και λοιπών συνεργατών. Δημιουργία και διαχείριση εγγράφων, συμπλήρωση εντύπων και καταχώριση δεδομένων (data entry). Δημιουργία εισηγητικών, αιτημάτων SAP SRM για την προμήθεια συστημάτων, υπηρεσιών, εξοπλισμού. Αρχειοθέτηση εγγράφων σε ηλεκτρονική / φυσική μορφή. Τήρηση πληροφοριών προσωπικού της Μονάδας και χορήγηση/ κατάργηση προσβάσεων. Τήρηση αρχείου εξωτερικών συνεργατών Διεύθυνσης και χορήγηση/ κατάργηση προσβάσεων. Διαχείριση υλικού και εξοπλισμού γραφείου. Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ ΑΤΕΙ. Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας σε γραπτό και προφορικό λόγο. Άριστη γνώση ΜS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Προϋπηρεσία σε θέσεις γραμματειακής υποστήριξης (επιθυμητή άνω των 2 ετών) Άριστες κοινωνικές δεξιότητες Συνέπεια. Υπευθυνότητα, ρεχεμύθεια και τήρηση τραπεζικού απορρήτου. Οργανωτικές ικανότητες και αποτελεσματική ιεράρχηση προτεραιοτήτων
