Η εταιρεία  Mellon Group of Companies  επιθυμεί να προσλάβει για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, για πλήρη απασχόληση σε σταθερό πρωινό ωράριο Δευτέρα- Παρασκευή 09:00- 17:00: Υπαλλήλους Διαχείρισης Ληξιπρόθεσμων Οφειλών Ο κάτοχος της θέσης θα έχει τα παρακάτω  καθήκοντα: Τηλεφωνική ενημέρωση υφιστάμενου πελατολογίου σχετικά με την ύπαρξη οικονομικών εκκρεμοτήτων Καθοδήγηση των πελατών σχετικά με την εύρεση της βέλτιστης συμβιβαστικής λύσης αποπληρωμής των εκκρεμοτήτων τους Αξιολόγηση και διαπραγμάτευση πιθανών προτάσεων στους υφιστάμενους πελάτες για εξόφληση, καθώς και αιτήματα για διακανονισμό των οικονομικών εκκρεμοτήτων τους, σύμφωνα με τις διαδικασίες της εταιρείας Πλήρης και αξιόπιστη ενημέρωση των διαχειριστικών συστημάτων της εταιρείας Διερεύνηση της εκάστοτε υπόθεσης και πρόταση εναλλακτικών λύσεων προσαρμοσμένες στις ανάγκες των συνομιλητών Απαραίτητα Προσόντα Απολυτήριο Λυκείου Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά επιπέδου Β2) Καλή χρήση Η/Υ Εργασιακή εμπειρία σε συναφές αντικείμενο επιθυμητή (όχι απαραίτητη) Διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες Άνεση στην επικοινωνία και άριστη χρήση του προφορικού και γραπτού λόγου
