We are currently looking for a dedicated Contact Center Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch support and assistance with their inquiries. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Be flexible in working hours and assist within a team environment. Stay open to learning new topics and enhancing your skills. Possess knowledge about Electronic Financial Transactions (preferred). ·        University Degree ·        Knowledge of English ·        PC skills ·        Work experience is an advantage ·        Excellent communication skills ·        Customer Oriented ·        The flexibility to work only for the third shift ·        Good attitude towards new learning topics ·        Knowledge of Electronic Financial Transactions (preferably)
