Αρμοδιότητες Καταχώρηση προσλήψεων, αποχωρήσεων και μεταβολών στο σύστημα ΕΡΓΑΝΗ Διαχείριση ωραρίων εργασίας, προγραμμάτων απασχόλησης και υπερωριών Διαχείριση Ψηφιακής Κάρτας Εργασίας Υποβολή εντύπων (Ε3, Ε4, Ε5, Ε6, Ε7, Ε8) Έλεγχος συμβάσεων εργασίας και αρχείων προσωπικού Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με την ισχύουσα εργατική νομοθεσία Συνεργασία με αρμόδιους για θέματα μισθοδοσίας και εργασιακών σχέσεων Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση 1 ή 2 χρόνια Άριστη γνώση συστήματος ΕΡΓΑΝΗ Καλή γνώση εργατικής νομοθεσίας Καλή γνώση MS Office (ιδιαίτερα Excel) Οργανωτικότητα και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια Υπευθυνότητα και τήρηση εμπιστευτικότητας Σπουδές σε τμήμα Διοίκησης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού Προϋπηρεσία σε εταιρεία με μεγάλο αριθμό προσωπικού
