Η εταιρεία Mellon Technologies επιθυμεί να προσλάβει για λογαριασμό μεγάλου Χρηματοπιστωτικού Οργανισμού  Στελέχη Τηλεφωνικής Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών Περιγραφή καθηκόντων: Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μέσω τηλεφώνου, email ή διαδικτυακής συνομιλίας για Τραπεζικά προϊόντα. Διαχείριση και καταχώρηση αιτημάτων πελατών. Διαχείριση παράπονων πελατών και επίλυση προβλημάτων. Ενημέρωση των υφιστάμενων και δυνητικών πελατών για τραπεζικά προϊόντα και υπηρεσίες. Απολυτήριο Λυκείου. Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά επιπέδου Β2). Πολύ καλή χρήση Η/Υ. Εργασιακή εμπειρία σε συναφές αντικείμενο επιθυμητή (όχι απαραίτητη). Πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη και προσέγγιση. Άνεση στην επικοινωνία και άριστη χρήση του προφορικού και γραπτού λόγου. Δυνατότητα απασχόλησης σε βάρδιες .
