Η  Mellon Technologies , μητρική εταιρεία του Ομίλου Εταιρειών Mellon, κατέχει ηγετικό ρόλο στο χώρο των ηλεκτρονικών συναλλαγών, των υπηρεσιών τηλεφωνικής εξυπηρέτησης καθώς επίσης και των υπηρεσιών business process outsourcing αναζητά  Client Support Agent (Banking Sector) Η θέση αφορά Διαχείριση εισερχόμενων τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων με στόχο την άμεση και αποτελεσματική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μεγάλου τραπεζικού οργανισμού Καταχώρηση και παρακολούθηση αιτημάτων που σχετίζονται με τραπεζικά προϊόντα και υπηρεσίες (κάρτες, e-banking, λογαριασμοί) Παροχή έγκυρης πληροφόρησης και επίλυση αποριών, ενισχύοντας την εμπιστοσύνη και ικανοποίηση των πελατών Πενθήμερη 8ωρη απασχόληση σε κυλιόμενες βάρδιες (εύρος 07.00 - 23.00) 2 Σαββατοκύριακα/μήνα (με αντίστοιχα ρεπό) 2-3 εβδομάδες εκπαίδευση δια ζώσης στα Κεντρικά Γραφεία της εταιρείας (Νέο Φάληρο) Πτυχίο ή Απολυτήριο Λυκείου Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας Καλή χρήση Η/Υ Δυνατότητα απασχόλησης σε κυλιόμενες βάρδιες 07.00-23.00 Δυνατότητα απασχόλησης Σαββατοκύριακα μέσα στον μήνα Πρότερη εργασιακή εμπειρία σε τηλεφωνικό κέντρο θα εκτιμηθεί Επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά με διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης των πελατών και ομαδικό πνεύμα
