Position Overview Joyce is seeking an Event Marketing Team Lead for the Charlotte and Columbia markets to support event execution while providing on-site leadership to a team of event marketers. This is a hands on, working lead role designed for someone who enjoys being in the field, setting the example, and helping a team succeed. As a Team Lead, you will represent the Joyce brand at local events, assist with day-to-day coordination, and support lead generation efforts for the sales team. This role also serves as a development position, with structured training and coaching to prepare high performers for a future Event Marketing Manager role. Compensation This role includes a base salary plus bonus incentives. Compensation Includes: Base salary: $45,000 $500/month car allowance $100/month phone allowance Performance bonuses based on lead generation and appointments set What You’ll Do Attend and execute events in the Charlotte and Columbia markets Act as a working lead by supporting and guiding event marketers on-site Serve as a brand ambassador, engaging attendees and promoting Joyce products Assist with event setup and tear-down to ensure professional presentation Support scheduling coordination and daily event logistics Help train and onboard new event marketers Track basic event performance and provide feedback to leadership Maintain marketing and promotional materials .
