Since 1959, we have built a reputation for quality, and as an Overnight Baker, you will play a key role in ensuring that our fresh bread, pastries, and specialty items are ready for customers first thing in the morning. Key Responsibilities Prepare and bake a wide variety of baked goods, including breads, cookies, and other pastries. Ensure all recipes are followed accurately to maintain consistency and quality in our products. Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve optimal baking results. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Assist in managing inventory of baking supplies and notify management when stock needs to be replenished. Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals efficiently during the overnight shift. Previous experience in a baking or food preparation role is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train! Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively during overnight hours. Attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency. Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with other staff members. Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays when needed.
