Teltonika’s technologies are widely used across diverse industries, including Green Energy, Smart Cities, Industry 4.0, and more.   Currently, we are inviting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Poland (Warsaw) team to help us grow our international teams based on the best practices in a dynamic environment.   We are open to experiences, curious about innovation, and creative. If you are a motivated, well-organized, proactive personality, and have a passion for prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers, then we are on the same way! In this role you will:   Function as fully independent Talent Acquisition Specialist, attract and communicate with candidates to ensure best candidate experience Cooperate with Hiring Manager to help clarify the profile of a role, to design and implement best recruiting techniques Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Think outside the box to find and attract candidates: source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc. Own full-cycle recruitment process using various reliable recruiting and selection methods to filter candidates Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports What we expect of you: Agency or relevant in-house experience in sourcing and selecting top of the market talent An understanding of how to work with different type of recruitments in different industries The ability to collaborate with different hiring managers and stakeholders The ability to work fully independently: organize your time, set priorities, achieve results The ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates at all stages of the recruitment process A results-driven approach with proven experience sourcing and hiring top talents at scale Experience in working with ATS (Workable is a plus) Fluent in English and Polish  What we offer: Benefit package consisting of unlimited commissions, based on your performance Private medical care (Medicover Premium) and Multisport card Internal training for your successful start Onboarding on Teltonika‘s internal systems, Sales process, and product-related topics; providing constant necessary materials, assigning progress check-up tests, and giving you continuous feedback to unlock more of your potential Unique opportunities to grow professionally being part of a challenging and high-growth environment Additional day off for your birthday Team building activities Salary: We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive fixed salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field.
