TECHNINĖS PRIEŽIŪROS SKYRIAUS VADOVO (-ĖS) • ELEKTRONIKOS GAMYBA Šiuo metu kviečiame Techninės priežiūros skyriaus vadovo (-ės) prisijungti prie mūsų augančios komandos Vilniuje.   „Teltonika“ sudaro kiekvienam darbuotojui visas reikiamas sąlygas tobulinti įgūdžius, įgyti išsamių žinių apie gaminamus produktus ir visokeriopai augti. Šioje pozicijoje tu:   •     Organizuosi ir koordinuosi technikų komandos darbą   •     Užtikrinsi gamybos padalinyje esančios įrangos efektyvią techninę priežiūrą (remontus, profilaktiką), laikantis įrangos gamintojų planų ir reikalavimų  •     Užtikrinsi, kad sudaryti planai būtų vykdomi laiku  •     Bendradarbiausi su gamyba, analizuosi su įranga susijusius gamybos rodiklius ir teiksi siūlymus gerinimui  •     Inicijuosi ir įgyvendinsi procesų tobulinimo sprendimus, siekiant didinti efektyvumą  •    Kontroliuosi ir užtikrinsi, kad sandėlyje netrūktų atsarginių dalių bei rūpinsiesi savalaikiu jų užsakymu Ko iš tavęs tikimės:  •       Aukštojo techninės krypties išsilavinimo (elektronikos srityje – privalumas) •        Anglų kalbos žinių B2 lygiu (žodžiu ir raštu), rusų kalba – privalumas •        LEAN sistemos supratimo ir praktinės taikymo patirties •        Gebėjimo palaikyti gerą emocinį klimatą, motyvuoti komandą ir skatinti bendradarbiavimą •        Gerų planavimo bei organizavimo įgūdžių
