We are currently looking for a proactive Office Manager in Vilnius who will play an important role in creating innovative solutions and making our office a welcoming place for both colleagues and guests.   Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.   Your working day will consist of the following functions: Administration of incoming and outgoing correspondence. Coordination and maintenance of occupational health and safety (OHS) processes and documentation. Welcoming and assisting guests and clients from Lithuania and abroad; ensuring professional and friendly communication. Management of incoming telephone calls and internal information flow. Oversight of daily office operations, including ordering, coordinating, and managing office supplies and services.   What we expect of you: Good English language skills (both spoken and written). Strong communication skills. Solid clerical and administrative skills. Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Ability to manage and process a high volume of information. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to organize daily tasks and set priorities effectively. The salary for this position ranges from 11 Eur/h up to 12 Eur/h (~1830 Eur—2000 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses . *In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
