We are looking for an  Accountant Analyst  to join our team in  São Paulo, Brazi l. This role is ideal for a professional with strong accounting expertise, hands-on experience with local compliance, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with global stakeholders.   In this role, you will: Prepare and manage the main financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow). Lead monthly and annual closings, including P&L reporting, in collaboration with the CFO Maintain accurate general ledger records, journal entries, and supporting documentation Ensure compliance with Brazilian accounting, tax, and statutory requirements Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including billing and reconciliations Monitor cash flow and support foreign exchange operations Support inventory control, monthly inventory audits, and reconciliation of assets and liabilities Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasts, and variance analysis Prepare financial reports for internal management and external stakeholders Support internal and external audits Contribute to process improvements related to accounting, importation, and financial controls Good English skills (written and spoken) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field At least 3 years of experience in accounting roles (mid-level or senior) Strong knowledge of Brazilian accounting and tax legislation Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel High attention to detail, organization, and ownership mindset Ability to work independently and manage deadlines Nice to Have: Active CRC; Knowledge of financial routines such as cash flow, AP/AR, and budgeting; Experience in multinational or international environments; Familiarity with IFRS
