Position: ABA Scheduler Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST) Full-Time, Remote Work. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the scheduling of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions for clients and therapists. Communicate effectively with families to confirm therapy schedules and address any concerns. Match therapists to clients based on expertise, availability, and individual needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records in the system. Monitor therapist availability and manage last-minute changes to ensure continuity of care. Work closely with clinical staff to ensure compliance with treatment plans and scheduling protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by being responsive to client inquiries and needs. Associate’s degree in a relevant field; Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in scheduling or coordination within a healthcare or ABA setting is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and staff. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications. A demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment. Passion for contributing to the well-being and development of clients receiving ABA therapy.
