At ReWorks Solutions, we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Intake and Case Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this engaging role, you will be the vital link that facilitates seamless communication and support for clients as they navigate their healthcare journeys. Your Role Will Include: Facilitating call center operations, admissions processes, CRM/EMR data management, and pre-admission insurance protocols Overseeing outbound calling initiatives and marketing campaigns Keeping the CRM database and pre-screening tools in tip-top shape Coordinating the logistics for client intake Building strong connections with clients, families, and referral sources Assisting with billing procedures and financial planning Monitoring calls, social media engagement, and SEO performance Supporting the coordination of both internal and external marketing efforts Managing emergency situations while upholding compliance standards A passion for helping others and a strong empathetic nature. Previous experience in a healthcare environment, particularly in intake or case support roles, is a big plus! Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients effectively. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with healthcare documentation and regulations, ensuring compliance at every step. Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic office software. Availability during US hours: Monday to Friday from 12 PM to 7 PM EST and Sunday from 10 AM to 3 PM EST.
