Position: Product Listing Manager Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain product listings across internal systems and online platforms Ensure product data accuracy, completeness, and proper categorization Upload, update, and audit product information including specifications, pricing, SKUs, and compliance details Coordinate with internal teams (sales, procurement, marketing, and operations) to ensure accurate product setup Perform data validation and quality checks to maintain listing integrity Troubleshoot listing issues and resolve discrepancies efficiently Analyze product data using Excel to identify gaps, errors, or optimization opportunities Support new product launches from a technical setup perspective Ensure alignment of product information across multiple platforms and databases Maintain documentation and process improvements for listing workflows Requirements Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, data validation, basic analysis) Excellent written and verbal English communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Technical aptitude and ability to work within backend systems Self-starter with initiative and a proactive mindset Strong problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
