Job Opening: Recruiter / Sales Specialist Location: Remote (Working US Hours - 9am-5pm EST) Type: Full-Time Pay: Competitive Salary Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and identify suitable candidates. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop sales strategies to approach them. Promote our staffing solutions and services to prospective clients through calls, emails, and presentations. Utilize various recruiting platforms and techniques to attract top talent across different sectors. Maintain accurate records of candidates and clients within the applicant tracking system. Collaborate with the recruitment team to maximize candidate placements and client satisfaction. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sales, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment as well as sales or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with recruitment software and CRM systems. A passion for connecting talent with opportunity and driving business success. A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
