Job Opening: Recruiter Location:  Durban, South Africa (Remote – US Hours) Type:  Full-Time, Work From Home Hours:  Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST Pay:  Monthly Salary Key Responsibilities Effectively manage the full recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and job boards, to build a strong candidate pipeline. Provide hiring managers with relevant market insights and candidates’ profiles to aid in decision-making. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements. Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of Recruitment Experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and team members effectively. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and candidate engagement.
